Crockpot Alfredo-Salsa Tortellini

Hey guys! If you’re like me and ever have one of those days where you and your significant other have a long day at work and you both just don’t feel like cooking anything but you also don’t want to order carry out, this is where crockpot dinners save the day. One of our favorite crockpot recipes is Alfredo-Salsa Tortellini and the best part about it is it only takes 2 hours AND it’s only 4 ingredients, can’t get any easier than that.

1 lb. Bag Frozen Tortellini (meat or cheese)

1/2-3/4 jar of Ragu Alfredo Sauce

1/2-3/4 jar of Salsa (mild or spicy)

Shredded Mozzerella

Optional: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Italian Seasoning

Mix together the frozen tortellini with the Alfredo sauce and the salsa in the crockpot. This would also be the time to add your spices as well.

Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.

When there’s 10 minutes left on the timer, sprinkle as much or as little mozzarella cheese on top and let it melt.
